  • Reverse Obliquity Fractures: Transverse and reverse obliquity trochanteric patterns (AO/OTA 31-A3) prone to severe medial displacement.

  • Osteoporotic Hip Trauma: Fragility fractures in elderly patients requiring robust anchorage in poor bone mineral density to avoid cut-out.

  • Pathological & Impending Trochanteric Fractures: Prophylactic or post-fracture internal fixation of metastatic bone lesions in the proximal femur.
